Subjective well-being and its sub-scales among adolescents: the study of role of self-efficacy

چکیده مقاله

The aim of this study is to investigate the subjective well-being among adolescents: the study of the role of self-efficacy. The sample of the study consisted of 125 adolescents who were selected based on stratified sampling with regard to the population volume. The study method was descriptive correlational type. To assess the selfgeneral self-efficacy scale (1982) and Keyes & Magyar- -being questionnaire (2003) were used. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18 software using correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the self-efficacy, subjective, emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. Regression analysis results demonstrated the predictive capability of subjective wellbeing through the self-efficacy. subjective well-being by strengthening the self-efficacy.
