Facile and efficient one-pot synthesis of ۲, ۴, ۵-trisubstituted imidazoles using nano silica phosphoric acid as a heterogeneous and reusable catalyst

چکیده مقاله

Multi-substituted imidazoles are important compounds in nature. Because of the widespread use of this class of heterocyclic compounds in the pharmaceutical industries and agriculture, many chemists have turned to the preparation of these compounds.1 Recently, the synthesis of imidazoles were used in the way of affordable and environmental eco-Friendly.2 Due to the toxic nature of many organic solvents, it is suggested to design processes that are rooted in green chemistry.3 Nano silica phosphoric acid as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst have been used to one pot synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted imidazoles. Simple and highly efficient synthesis of 2, 4, 5-trisubstituted imidazoles are achieved by tree component reaction of benzil, various aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate in the presence of solid catalyst.
