Synthesis of benzimidazoles in the presence of nano cellulose supported Titanium tetrachloride in different conditions

In this research, a solid acid catalyst with a natural substrate was prepared from the reaction of titanium tetrachloride with cellulose nanoparticles. The structure of nano catalyst was investigated using imaging, spectroscopy and pattern recognition methods such as: BET, EDX(EDS), FESEM, TEM, TGA, XRD and FT-IR. In this research, aromatic diamines and aldehydes were used in the presence of titanium tetrachloride stabilized on nano cellulose as catalyst for the synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives under different conditions
